Ensure that the school achieves the quality benchmark of SPARK accreditation
Ensure staff articulate and demonstrate the core values, be a good role model and exercise significant influences amongst staff
Comply with ECDA licensing and SPARK requirements; and other regulatory bodies and to ensure active compliance.
Take charge in promoting and marketing of all Kowabunga! programmes and events
Maintain proper financial tracking of payments
Produce monthly reports on Finance, Operations and Marketing
Be responsible for social media postings
Create brand awareness
Demonstrate and role model curriculum delivery and pedagogy techniques, and provide advice and feedback to staff on classroom delivery techniques.
Manage and execute necessary marketing and communication for the school
Organise specific centre programs, initiatives and events
Handle centre administrative matters and enrolment
Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate primary and supplemental staff and recommend personnel actions for programs and services
Ensure that the property is well-maintained
Maintain a loving, caring and safe environment for children, families, team members, and all visitors
Develop the positive character and behaviour among children and assist their holistic development
Ensure timely and quality lesson plans are developed. Contribute towards the Centre’s teaching resource, providing role model behaviour in relation to the quality and standards of work
Be responsible for the production of class materials, lesson plans, examination papers and schemes of assessment, ensuring that marking and collation of marks are completed to agreed deadlines
Set educational standards and goals and help establish policies, procedures, and programs to carry them out
Ensure that the programme continues to meet children’s needs and follow the curriculum as necessary
Ensure all necessary texts, teaching materials, software and licences are produced, procured, catalogued, and securely maintained with the company logo/template
Conduct class observation and provide feedback
Assist with carrying out effective programme evaluation (e.g. feedback from students, teaching staff)

Requirements:
Possess a Degree in Early Childhood Education or its equivalent recognised by ECDA
Possess Diploma in Pre-school Education Leadership (DPE-L) / Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Leadership (DECCE-L) /
At least 3 years working experience in a pre-school with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Proficient in Microsoft system.

Able to multi-task and lead a dynamic team of educators.
Loves nature and spending time outdoors.
