Job Description

Curriculum and instruction:

Deliver Chinese language lessons that are culturally appropriate and aligned with the center's curriculum.

Plan and implement engaging programs, activities, and age-appropriate teaching aids.


Create and maintain a safe, stimulating, and pleasant learning environment.

Child development:

Support the holistic development of children, focusing on language, motor, and social-emotional skills.

Guide children's social and emotional growth and build their confidence.


Organize and supervise activities to help children learn about the world and explore their interests.

Assessment and reporting:

Keep accurate records of students' progress, routines, and development.

Compile progress reports and prepare developmental portfolios for each child.


Address students' educational and developmental needs individually.

Parent and community engagement:

Communicate regularly with parents, providing updates on their child's well-being and progress.

Build and maintain strong partnerships with parents and families.


Participate in school events and activities.

Classroom management and compliance:

Implement classroom management strategies.

Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are followed.


Maintain clear and organized records.
