- Implement age-appropriate curriculum according to the Companys curriculum framework
- Responsible in maintaining quality classroom and learning environment that supports development in accordance to the curriculum framework
- Foster trusting and respectful relationship with children and parents, by being a positive role model
- Execute daily routine accordance to time schedule
- Administrate minimum paper work for reference / recording purposes
- At least a Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education - Teaching (DECCE-T or CECCCE), or Diploma in Child Pyschology & Early Education
- Minimum GCE \'O\' Level credit in English
- Ability to build good rapport with parents and various stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work well independently as well as within a team
- Passionate about working with children
- Driven to making a positive impact in the early education of the young
