Key ResponsibilitiesShowroom

• Daily upkeep of press showroom
• Receive fashion editors, stylists and influencers with a positive and hospitable spirit, sharing the craft and stories behind the objects and collections
• Coordinate local and overseas loans with stylists and the windows team, ensuring that samples are returned in good condition within the agreed time frame
• Help to receive and track showroom inventory, liaise with warehouse and logistics team
• Help with bi-annual inventory stocktake
• Monitor ROI of loans, gather and consistently update press team with stylists\' feedback

Media

• Maintain and update media database
• Assist with the dissemination of press kits
• Respond to basic press enquiries
• Monitor print, digital, and social platforms for press clippings, liaise with agency where necessary, upload clippings to the extranet
• Compile press coverage reports

Others

• Participate in and assist with other communication activities, as and when required

Requirements & Capabilities

• Excellent organizational and administrative skills, attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of social media
• Hard-working team player with a positive, humble, and teachable attitude
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (applicants may be asked to perform a simple writing and Excel assessment)
• A major in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
