Your Role

The objective of this role is to effectively develop & execute a program of ongoing price performance strategy and frameworks that result in impact to revenue and profitability growth in E-commerce and Ownership Solution (accessories, consumables, parts & services) businesses. Additionally, you will also support daily and operational tasks as well as strategic projects around pricing.

You will collaborate closely with the Sales Clusters, Marketing, Country Management, Supply Chain, Product Lines as well as finance team. You will be expected to act with a high degree of autonomy and ownership.

A Typical Day

• 
  Manage all aspects of the price waterfall from list price to discounting and rebate framework in B2B, B2C, B2B2C environments, together with clusters and country teams.
• Drive implementation of strategic & tactical pricing projects: Value-Based Pricing, omni-channel pricing framework, price positioning & segmentation (customer, channel, and products), competitive price analysis, price scraping, etc.
• Ability to build basic pricing models using MS Excel to support business decision. E.g. new product launch price test in e-Commerce, spare parts bundling, standalone and/or bundled service packages, promotion at sell-in/sell-through/sell-out, etc.
• Evaluate price tracking & dashboards by countries and work with local management to drive improvement actions. Implement regular cadence to identify potential pricing leakages, cost-revisions and opportunities.
• Lead and direct the development and use of pricing tools and processes and enforce accountability across the Sales Areas and countries.
• Actively participate and contribute to new business models.
• Act as strategic partner by providing thought leadership in the pricing field.
• Contribute to the improvement of data quality, integrity and completeness.
