• Develop & Optimize Pricing Models: Collaborate with Sales to build and maintain pricing structures, ensuring alignment with revenue goals and customer needs.
• Strategic Pricing Proposals: Create data-driven pricing strategies and variation proposals to support business growth.
• Performance & Margin Accountability: Monitor volume and margin performance, driving actions to meet financial targets.
• Market & Competitor Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs by conducting pricing benchmarks and competitor analysis to support commercially sound, customer-focused strategies that drive market share growth.
• Contract & Commercial Support: Review and recommend commercial terms for customer agreements, ensuring profitability and compliance.
• Forecasting & Financial Reporting: Deliver monthly insights, projections, and pricing recommendations aligned with global strategy.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration / finance / accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B Sales or field sales.
• Proven track record in pricing strategy in support to business needs.
• Strong experience in using MS Excel / Powerpoint / PowerBI is preferred.
• Skills Preferred: -

• Analytical & Technical Skills: Ability to interpret and work with data, designing pricing models and familiarity with pricing software.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address pricing effects profitability, competitiveness and overall business effectively.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
• Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with employees and stakeholders.
