Company Description
Enterprise-level client is seeking a Primary Market Research Operations Analyst to join their Business Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) team. This is a 6-month contractual role based in Singapore. This role will focus on operations, coordination, and ensuring the efficient execution of performance tracking processes. The role requires the candidate to leverage their expertise in market research methodologies, managing monthly data checking, follow-ups, and supporting the execution of projects related to KPI tracking and market research operations.

Responsibilities??
Research Objective Alignment:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of research objectives with business needs.
- Provide feedback on the research questionnaire and support necessary revisions to enhance clarity and effectiveness.
Vendor Management:
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure they understand stakeholder research needs, data requirements and format, monitor delivery timelines, and follow up to ensure results meet project objectives.
Fieldwork and Dashboard Oversight:
- Monitor fieldwork progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Coordinate the distribution of target lists between agency and internal stakeholders, and provide weekly progress updates.
- Supervise fieldwork quality and promptly resolve any issues related to data collection, sample quotas, and criteria management.
- Ensure timely updates to flat files and dashboards, maintaining the necessary data accuracy for monthly uploads.
Data Accuracy and Validation:
- Collaborate on the analysis plan to ensure alignment with research objectives and deliverables.
- Conduct interim data reviews, validating research data and insights for accuracy and relevance
Administrative Coordination:
- Manage scheduling, send timely reminders, and follow up on tasks to ensure alignment with project timelines and stakeholder expectations.
Qualifications
? Bachelor 's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science, Biological Science or related fields.
? Minimum 3-5 years pharmaceutical or life sciences experience.
? Be able to commit for the contractual period from September 2025 to February 2026 on full-time basis.
? Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel with deep experience in complex Excel models and large data sets
? Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across functional areas and markets
? Self-starter mindset and keen interest in continuous learning and being aware of
advances in data visualization
? Demonstrated ability to synthesize data, interpret data, and process observations into actional recommendations
Additional Information
Project Engagement Details:
?Duration: 6 months
?Location: Singapore (required; must hold a valid working permit or must be Singapore PR). Must be willing to work onsite (at the offices) and do field work.
?Availability: Full-time (40 hours weekly)
