Job Description
UWCSEA East has a temporary opportunity for a Primary School Yearbook Coordinator.The temporary Primary School Yearbook Coordinator will plan, organise and create the 2024-2025 Primary school yearbook for families to enjoy.Main Responsibilities
- Planning the layout in collaboration with the Primary School Principal
- Collecting and organising content (mainly images)
- Managing the proofing process in collaboration with all relevant parties Layout of the book (approx. 150 pages)
- Preparing the book for print
- Liaising with the printing company to ensure accurate, efficient and timely production of the book.
- Assist with any other duties, tasks or jobs with similar levels of responsibility and complexity to the assigned job grade as may be reasonably requested by the line manager and/or the College.
- Relevant educational background
- Ability to plan and execute a large print job
- Highly proficient in Adobe InDesign, including data merging Proficient in Adobe Photoshop
- Master the design process from planning to print ready material
- Must have proven experience from similar projects
- Good command of the English Language both written and spoken Team player with positive working attitude
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills Flexible, and able to think on your feet
- Meticulous, able to multitask and highly independent
- Proficient in Google Sheets
- Must meet deadlines
