As an Executive Director in the Capital Advisory Group, you will play a pivotal role in leading capital introduction and advisory coverage for hedge fund clients and institutional investors, with a primary focus on the Asia-Pacific region.
Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hedge fund clients, advising and supporting their fundraising and investor relations activities.
• Provide strategic advice and market insights to support hedge fund clients' growth plans.
• Execute and coordinate Capital Advisory and other Prime Financial Services events.
• Collaborate with Prime Financial Services and other teams to contribute to business outcomes.
• Contribute to content relevant to the global and Asia-Pacific hedge fund industry.
• Communicate complex subject matter clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Travel to Asia-Pacific locations as required.
• Uphold regulatory and compliance standards in all activities.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in financial services.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of hedge fund strategies, institutional investors, and Prime Brokerage business.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to think and adapt dynamically.
• Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work effectively with various stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Experience in Capital Introduction, Prime Brokerage Consulting, Prime Brokerage Sales, or Hedge Fund Investor Relations roles.
