What you will be working on:

• Develop software applications using local tools and available cloud infrastructure, programming and scripting languages such as Java, Javascript, or Python to produce prototypes, cleanse data, build data models, or convert data from one form to another. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and oversee AI-driven legal technology solutions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Learn APIs, open-sourced frameworks and other tools to integrate data and software applications. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create, manage and maintain computer infrastructure on external cloud services, and internal test and development servers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with users and subject matter experts to capture and document business and software requirements and implement requirements as system functions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct market research on potential solutions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Facilitate user testing and evaluation. Capture and measure feedback on developed prototypes to implement future enhancements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create technical documentation for procurement exercises, systems management and user support purposes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Present updates and demonstrate software applications to management and business users, and support others in doing so. \xe2\x80\xa2 Administer software applications to ensure smooth operation and provide second or third level end user support as needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Project manage the acquisition and implementation of systems through all phases from conceptualisation through to production deployment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop training material and conduct training on the execution of relevant processes using software. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain administrative records for LTIO. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform other duties as directed by the head of LTIO.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor\'s degree in information management, programming, computer science, information science mathematics or a field related to computation or the processing of electronic information. \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies and hands-on experience with AI and ML development tools and frameworks would be advantageous. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong business analysis skills and experience to gather requirements from stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate with project management skills and experience would be advantageous. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate internal & external resources and third parties/ vendor for the flawless execution of multiple projects/ initiatives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-initiated individual with strong drive to see things through completion. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least one year of relevant experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in a legal services environment would be a strong advantage.
