Identify and develop new business opportunities through various sourcing channels and networking . Build trusted relationships with prospective clients . Prepare leads, attend client visits for business development and complete search project . Provide professional consultation services, understanding and recording client's recruitment needs and performing full cycle of recruitment activities . Source, interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies with the clients . Help applicants to prepare for interviews . Consistently contributing to the achievement of monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targetsQualifications and Experience: . A Degree/ Diploma in any field . At least 5 to 7 years' experience (f Principal Consultant positions) in an executive search or recruitment industry . Extensive knowledge in client & candidate relationship with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in one of the above specializations. . Excellent interpersonal skills and able to effectively engage with clients and candidates . Ability to handle 360 recruitment process from client management to candidate management . Ability to deliver desired outcomes under minimal guidance
