At least 5 to 7 years' experience (f Principal Consultant positions) in an executive search or recruitment industry . Extensive knowledge in client & candidate relationship with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in one of the above specializations. . Excellent interpersonal skills and able to effectively engage with clients and candidates . Ability to handle 360 recruitment process from client management to candidate management . Ability to deliver desired outcomes under minimal guidance
