Project Manager Supply Chain Management: As the PM for Supply chain management you are responsible to deploy Supply Chain Planning and local Scheduling template requirements for program and implementing Supply Chain Planning solutions in the future Supply Chain Planning System of Record (SCP SOR) with integration in the legacy SAP ECC/APO and new S/4 environment.Your primary responsibilities include: Support the deployment of Client supply chain planning global template into regional countries Ensure the solution fits to the client Supply Chain Planning requirements and the end to end processes including systems, interfaces and platforms Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), working closely and aligned with the business process managers (BPMs) and project team members in the Supply Chain area to identify opportunities and strive for standardization of master data and processes. Collaboration with all other work-streams in finance, procurement and PT and project management organization (PMO) to complete activities and work packages according to the overall program plan and milestones of PLAN work stream Ensure smooth handover of the solution and system built to the support and operations teamsYou bring the following qualifications: 8+ years of hands-on experience in delivering Supply Chain Planning solutions, preferably in Pharma/healthcare industry with excellent Business Process knowledge in global Supply Chain Planning solutions Detailed knowledge of Supply Chain business processes (strategic, tactical, operational planning and detailed scheduling) and its interdependence with other business areas. Hand prior experiences in deploying global template functionalities to multiple countries Detailed knowledge about master data in ERP ECC and S/4 (mainly PP/PP-PI) and the impact and interdependencies for SC Planning Solutions 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP APO implemented in a global environment connected to multiple ERP ECC systems to support multi-year transition. Good knowledge of other SAP systems and Solution Manager (desirable) Familiarity with Project Management Methodology with experience on resource planning Strong analytical thinking, result-oriented team player and ability to prioritize and organize work effectively Proven track record of introducing and delivering innovative solutions in the Supply Chain Planning area with the ability to manage demanding timelines and operate in a complex environment Experience in managing stakeholder partnerships, focusing on the fundamentals of reliability and credibility. Ability to establish a solid network and work effectively across organizational boundaries. C-level fluency in English Any additional language is a plus
