Industry/Sector Focus: Energy, Chemical/Life Sciences, Technology, Consumer, Financial Services/HR/Legal Your responsibilities and tasks will include: Generate new business opportunities by contacting key decision makers Market research and planning and deliver a go-to-market plan Drive the full sales/business development cycle of client development, service delivery and key account management delivering revenue, profit and building your ongoing market knowledge, network and expertise Managing the Talent experience from initial contact, interview process, salary negotiations and onboarding Consistently bring in high quality talents through head-hunting activities Uphold and demonstrate Lincoln Corporate values Contribute to develop synergies with other Lincoln offices in Asia & Europe Lead and coach Associate Consultants and/or Researchers. Who are we looking for We are looking for smart, energetic, passionate and driven individuals with at least 10 years of experience with a proven track record of success in the area of business development.
