Job Req ID: 16562ResponsibilitiesProvide Leadership to the Electrical engineering team to comply with project requirements and to meet project schedules.
Lead and prepare overall concept.
Lead, prepare, & review Request for Quotations (RFQs) and specifications.
Lead EPC tender as the lead for Electrical.
Review technical proposals from OEMs to ensure compliance to our design requirement.
Plan & Manage the Electrical Master document List.
Plan & Manage manpower loading.
Review cable routing, BOQ, lead engineers and drafters.Lead the engineering design of the following activities:
Design of 230kV, 66kV, 6.6kV & LV power supply system including;
Sizing of Power Generation System, transformer, UPS & DC systems.
Articulate the overall Single Line
Understand & explain Power system Analysis by ETAP
Understand & explain Protection coordination
Calculate Cable Size
Understand & explain HV, MV and LV distribution & motor starter system
Understand & explain UPS & DC system
Understand & explain Solar generation system
Understand & explain Power Management System
Plan & coordinate Electrical Room layout
Understand, explain, plan & coordinate Cable and Busduct Management SystemFamiliar to the following Equipment and System;
Steam/Gas turbine generator
EDG (Emergency diesel generator)
GCB/TCB/UCB
GSUT/UAT/AT
MV/LV VSDs
IPBD/SBPD/LV Busduct
HV/MV/LV Switchgear and MCC
Civil interface for switchboard installation, pull pit and penetration.RequirementsAt least 10 years of relevant experience as Leader or Senior Electrical Engineer in EPC project for Power, Petrochemical and/or Waste-to-Energy plants
Bachelor\'s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
Strong background in EPC projects
Strong leadership & people management
Familiar with industrial standard, e.g, ISO, IEEE, and etc. and Singapore standard, e.g SS638
Familiar with statutory Regulation or Code, like Singapore transmission code. etc.
Able to work in collaboration with various disciplines
Able to interface seamlessly with engineering, construction, and operations contractorsAble to work on-site in construction environmentWork location: Tuas Nexus
