We drive innovation & disruption for Dell at the intersection of Design, Technology & Strategy; with expertise in UX, UI, research, strategy, data science, product, visual, motion, industrial, SW & HW engineering.Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as a Principal Designer on our Innovation Team in Singapore.What you\xe2\x80\x99ll achieveWe\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Senior Designer who can lead innovation projects from day one, guiding a multi-functional project team, able to reimagine tomorrow and deliver solutions that solve real problems, always approaching ideation with a bias to action.You willDiscover new opportunity areas & what they mean for Dell, build UX simulations that showcase future experiences, and translate our thinking into tangible next steps for the businessLead and contribute to complex projects to explore coming technology & experience, ranging from UI flows, HW interactions to AR/VR projects.Work with a multi-disciplinary creative & technical team to integrate different skills and methodologies into collaborative effort and great outcomesEssential requirementsProven track record (5+ years of experience) driving experience-led Innovation \xe2\x80\x93 working in interdisciplinary teams to create outstanding experiences that solve complex problemsGreat pedigree in user experience and integrated experience designExperience influencing senior executives on what, how and why solutions need to be delivered in a certain wayOpen-mindedness about the medium and technologies we adopt in our projects \xe2\x80\x93 being comfortable in trying out new technologies, hands-on, thinking about how to integrate them into user experience is essentialHighly collaborative\xe2\x80\x94we need someone who will not just listen but anticipate the needs, concerns, and input from teammates and stakeholders across departmentsDesirable requirementsHave knowledge and practical experience in hardware and software design, from concept creation to development and releaseExperience in working on innovation projects in an agency or a corporate, from concept creation to executionWho we areWe believe that each of us has the power to make an impact.
