This new setup aims to achieve greater control, agility and responsiveness to evolving operation needs to the dynamic operating environment for software delivery.
What you will be working on:

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in key technical domains requirement for software development, such as software architecture, front end, back end, data management, QA & testing, and other critical areas. Provide deep technical expertise, define best practices, and establish engineering standards to guide the Product Teams in building scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions. Mentor engineers and review technical implementation, collaborate closely with the Product Management pillar and other HTX functions, to ensure technical feasibility, optimize solution and architecture, and address complex engineering challenges across multiple Product Teams.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field At least 10 years of relevant working experience in software architecture, front end / back end development, data management or QA & testing Demonstrated deep expertise in a specialized area (such as front end, back end, data management, QA & testing), solution and software architecture, DevOps Experienced in coaching technical excellence, development standards, and technical problem-solving Strong technical leadership with a self-driven approach to achieving technical excellence Possess strong problem-solving and documentation skills, with a keen attention to detail All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
