Introduction:

We are looking for a team leader to lead overall recipe team and inline operation on troubleshooting and lot disposition. You will also be the main driver to work on productivity improvement projects to increase the throughout of inspection and review tools. You will work closely with different vendors like KLA and AMAT, for ongoing projects and to have good cooperation of vendor.

Your Job:

To lead a group of recipe team engineers and process associate engineers to cover 24/7 recipe creation.

Familiar with recipe creation for Brightfield KLA23xx, 28xx, 29xx and UVision, Darkfield inspection tools like puma, AIT and Complus, and macro inspection tool like Altair and Dragonfly and able to provide improvement plan to shorten inspection time.

Maintain and housekeep recipe for Brightfield, Darkfield and other YDD tools.

Understand the detection theory of Brightfield and Darkfield inspection tools and able to explain and improve recipe quality.

Familiar with AMAT SEM review tools and ROD recipe creation.

To work with KLA and AMAT vendor for vendor partnership project.

To support inspection and review productivity improvement.

Know how to do inspection recipe and review for PWQ scan.

To work with other fabs within GF for benchmarking and cross learning.

Required Qualifications:

Master\xe2\x80\x99s or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics Engineering

5 to 8 years of relevant experience in wafer fabrication industry

Knowledge in defect and inspection tool recipe creation improvement skills are required.

Good knowledge of defect reduction strategy, defect to yield correlation methodologies, existing defect solutions and its roadmap in the market.

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Good analytical and project management skills

Organized and systematic in problem solving, familiar with SPC, DOE & FMEA

Great sense of responsibility and prepared to be on call all the time
