Job Description

Responsibilities:
Serve as the Security Consultant for AI Product development and SOC consultancy workshops, ensuring effective integration of AI into cybersecurity operations.
Conduct consultancy workshops, training sessions, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to drive AI adoption into SOC and capability building.
Provide advisory services on responsible AI practices, governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
Identify security gaps and recommend solutions mitigations where applicable.
Lead and shape clients' expectations.
Liaise with vendors ensuring the security solutions meet project requirements.
Assess SOC maturity, identify gaps, and recommend AI-driven enhancements for detection, investigation, and response.
Evaluate the security technology and solutions in complying to security policies, best practices, guidelines and regulatory requirements, conducting proof-of-concept to showcase its technical feasibility, when necessary.
Act as a trusted consultant to clients, translating AI capabilities into measurable business and operational value.
Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity with at least 3+ years in SOC operations or security governance.

• Experience and good understanding of AI and its applications in cybersecurity.

Experience in Threat Risks Analysis, Threat Profiling and Use Case Development.
Strong presentation, facilitation, and workshop delivery skills.
Excellent documentation skills with the ability to conceptualize architectural designs and translate into technical writings and drawings.
Work independently without any guidance, demonstrate positive working attitude, quick adaptability and embracing new changes.
Comfortable working in a project based / client serving model.
Familiar with Defence / Government guidelines preferred.
Familiarity with compliance and governance frameworks (NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, CIS, ISO 27001).
Industry certifications such as CISSP and CISM preferred.
