Key Roles & Responsibilities 1) Provide front end engineering design (FEED) and basic design for process engineering for centralised utility facilities, utility power and water, petrochemical industr Key Roles & Responsibilities 1) Provide front end engineering design (FEED) and basic design for process engineering for centralised utility facilities, utility power and water, petrochemical industries and utility scale renewable projects 2) Develop P&ID, mass and heat balance, process flow diagram, operating/ control philosophy, overall supply scheme, layout, equipment specification, yield analysis etc. 3) Provide project development, pre-feasibility/ feasibility studies, technical due diligence, cost estimation, site survey, technical proposal to customer, project / EPC scoping strategy, determine LCOE, all technical solutions etc. 4) Evaluate new technology and innovation solutions 5) Review and approval of detailed design submitted by Contractors and ensure compliance with Standards and all the company best practices 6) Participate in HAZOP, QRA, EIAS studies 7) Process design to consider safety, reliability, flexibility of operation with minimum life cycle cost 8) Be familiar with multiple energy resource simulation and and optimisation tools 9) Establish systems for company engineering standards & specification, approved vendor/manufacturer list, schedule of rates and cost estimate template, site survey template etc. 10) Ensure all activities carried out are in full compliance to all regulatory and authority requirement Qualifications & Experience 1) Bachelor's Degree 2) At least 10-15 years of experience in energy business related engineering management and project management (construction) Skills/competencies & Preferred Characteristics 1) Strong critical and analytical thinking skills 2) Positive attitude, teamwork, good communication skills and leadership skills
