Principal Engineer - Product Development Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Engineer to lead our product development team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in managing and directing product development from ideation to launch, be proficient in developing technical solutions, and have strong leadership skills to lead a team of engineers. Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the technical vision and roadmap for the product development team.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects, balancing resources, time, and quality of work.
• Design and implement technical solutions that meet customer and business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and quality assurance, to ensure successful product delivery.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the team\'s professional development.
• Communicate with stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners, to provide updates on the product development progress and solicit feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on product development.
• Proven experience in managing and leading product development teams.
• Experience in designing and implementing complex technical solutions, utilizing modern software development methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of software development best practices, including Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.

Job Type: Permanent Salary: $4,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month Experience:

• Software development: 1 year (Preferred)
