Job Description

What the role is:

You provide engineering guidance and technical leadership for the product teams.

What you will be working on:

On this, you guide engineering decision-making, drive the architecture of complex software systems, and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices. You also provide effective mentorship, and look after the development of your team of engineers. Your challenge lies in understanding the existing and upcoming software development/ production environment and tools, and understanding MINDEF/SAF\'s frameworks so as to ensure all products and tools developed adhere to the organisation\'s standards.

What we are looking for:

You must have a tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Data Science, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or related field, preferably with 5 years\' relevant work experience developing software. You should demonstrate a high level of technical expertise. Possession of excellent interpersonal and communication skills is essential. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
