Proud to be an equal opportunity employer!As a member of the ISRM integrated Risk Management team, the GRC Solutions Principal will serve as the primary system administrator and developer in support of the ServiceNow GRC product group. This role plays a crucial part in safeguarding our company\'s data, business processes, reputation, and compliance with relevant regulations.This position will lead the full life-cycle implementation of all product enhancements as well as the end-to-end management of all system defects. This individual will interact with other internal functions within J&J to update and maintain key components of the ServiceNow GRC platform.Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform system administration activities to support ServiceNow GRC improvement initiatives, with the handover to the workflow owners upon completion.
  • Maintain the standard set of system administration and developer products (e.g., project work plan, communications plan, plans and requirements document acceptance, RAID logs, status reports, etc.) for every enhancement.
  • Ensure development and implementation adheres to the timeline, budget, and scope
  • Plan projects in detail, set schedules, and execute each step of the implementation.
  • Create presentations and reports to communicate implementation status.
  • Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
QualificationsEducation:
  • A bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology or equivalent degree is required. An advanced degree is preferred.
Experience and Skills:Required:
  • 8 years of business experience in information technology.
  • 5 years as a certified ServiceNow system administrator.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a ServiceNow GRC implementation specialist.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and the agile methodology.
  • Highly motivated with the willingness to take ownership and responsibility for work.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving information security practices.
  • Enjoy working in a global and diverse team environment.
Preferred:
  • Experience in risk management, cybersecurity or business risk analysis.
  • Experience with the Unified Compliance Framework (UCF).
  • Certifications in cybersecurity (CISM, CISSP), audit (CISA), or risk management (CRISC).
