What you will be working on:

• Analyse, design, develop, implement and maintain application systems to support the Board\'s schemes \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide support to users of the IT application systems \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform high level feasibility study and quality checks for IT solutions \xe2\x80\xa2 Review impact analysis, design of IT solution and cost estimation proposed by outsourced vendor \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and provide updates for project development phases and deliverables

What we are looking for:

• Minimally 6 years of experience in application development & maintenance and projects management \xe2\x80\xa2 Technically competent in application design, development and maintenance for one or more of the following languages, tools and technologies: \xe2\x80\xa2 Java / J2EE \xe2\x80\xa2 .NET and Sharepoint \xe2\x80\xa2 Pega PRPC, Pega framework \xe2\x80\xa2 DevOps, Dockers, CI/CD \xe2\x80\xa2 Azure or AWS \xe2\x80\xa2 Mobile \xe2\x80\xa2 Cloud computing \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication, strong analytical, problem solving, presentation and negotiation skills Seniority of appointment will commensurate with relevant work experience.
