• Drive Strategic Practices and Processes: Lead and shape strategic initiatives across Software Engineering, DevOps, and Quality Engineering practices. Address complex, high-impact challenges at a national scale, driving innovation that improves efficiency and effectiveness.
• Champion Engineering Excellence: Lead the creation, adoption, and continuous improvement of engineering standards and best practices. Your strategic influence will elevate engineering quality and drive a cultural shift towards excellence across GovTech and WOG.
• Drive Innovation and Future-Readiness: Drive the exploration and adoption of technologies (e.g. AI), to enhance our development processes. Challenge and rethink current methodologies, introducing strategies that accelerate development and improve quality and outcome.
• Influence and Integrate Best Practices Across Government: Serve as a key advocate for engineering excellence, guiding the adoption of best practices across GovTech, government agencies, and partners. Your role will be crucial in embedding these practices into the organisational culture.
• Mentor and Develop Future Technical Leaders: Mentor and cultivate future technical leaders, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence. Play a pivotal role in expanding GovTech\'s engineering talent and capabilities.
• Develop Products and Supportive Systems: Lead the creation of complete products that meet user needs and business goals, while also developing the environments, tools, and processes that ensure efficient, high-quality delivery across GovTech.
