Job Description

:

• Responsible for New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineering matters.
• Key contact to customer on engineering matters.
• Serve as Process Consultant to factory
• Work closely with factory on productivity, evaluate cause of problem and cost improvement
• Responsible for Product Transfer to factory (Batam) that include product training
• Responsible to source for special equipment/instrument to support factory
• Lead in DFM/FMEA for NPI projects
• Responsible to generate ECN and BOM

Requirements:

• Graduate/Diploma in Engineering with experience in electronics industrial
• Minimum 5 years working experience in PCBA manufacturing process is a MUST
• Experience in reading gerber
• Experience in Bill of Materials
• Experience in liaising with customer
• Experience in leading NPI projects preferred.
