Job Description
Location: Islandwide / Buona Vista / Pasir Ris / North (Urgent)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage teaching staff to act and deliver according to school\'s policies and curriculum.
- Hold meetings and planning of staff rosters.
- Handle administrative work to meet the compliance and regulatory requirements for the centre\'s operation.
- Facilitate day to day centre operation. Inclusive of childcare and infant care services.
- Mentor and appraise teachers in their performance effectively.
- Responsible for SPARK application process.
- Establish rapport with parents and community.
- Other ad-hoc duties when required.
- Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) and Diploma in Preschool Education-Leadership (DPL)
- At least 4 years of relevant supervisory experience in a preschool setting.
- Experience in handling SPARK Accreditation process has an added advantage.
