Our engineering team in Singapore is looking to expand its footprint with an experienced, passionate, talented and self-driven product engineer.

:

Own and execute NPI (new product introduction) activity for new product

Plan and analyse PVT characterization data collected on ATE

Analyze yield losses and rootcause device failures with data-driven statistical methods from fab, ATE, assembly, and customer data.

Responsible for working with teams (Factory, Test, Design) to coordinate, manage and prioritize all activities needed to ramp a new product into volume production

Responsible for product cost reduction efforts and quality improvements; including alternate source qualifications, yield tracking and improvement, DPPM reduction on transferred parts, supporting test time reductions

Lead discussions with technical experts and leaders from various other disciplines, to influence the direction and decisions while striking balance between PE/Industrial requirements and project goals

Take lead in analysing and solving complex and sometimes undefined problems and create non-existing solutions

Support debug of design and process related yield and IC performance problems

Competencies:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or above, plus 6 or more years of relevant experience

Experienced & knowledgeable in semiconductor NPI bring-up and IC qualification

Strongly data-driven in how you make decisions

Experienced in statistics and data analysis methods

Self-driven and able to take ownership and initiative

Experience in machine-learning analytics is a strong plus

Experience in programming (Python is preferred, R, C++) is a plus

Experienced with HTOL, LTOL, ESD/LU, BHAST execution and debug

Experience in data analysis software such as PDF Exensio Yield, Optimal+, JMP

Experience in CMOS RF process technologies (40nm and below)

Experience in Non-Volatile / Flash memory technologies is a plus

Knowledge of ATE (Automatic Test Equipment), such as Advantest and Teradyne

Excellent communication skills and influencing others

Excellent project management skills

Adept in balancing strategic vision with strong execution to get things done

Able to travel to NXP locations worldwide
