It is about wearing the responsibility hat and get hands dirty to arrive at product solutions. This role is also about setting up business objectives and figuring out a way on how a product is going to help achieve those business goals.Position Duties

• Should be able to get hands dirty, get deep into understanding the pain points of users without having input from them
• Thinking about simple solutions which create a bigger business impact, but at same time not loosing the long term focus.
• Has ability to present thoughts backing data
• Ability to convince stakeholders in what he/she believes
• Ability to think and execute on how AI can solve some of our business problems
• Ability to influence stakeholders and get agreement on your thoughts and solutions
• Ability to understand users without they answering your questions
• Great people management skills

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of product management experience
• Have managed a team of minimum of 2 PM\xe2\x80\x99s
• Experience in fintech SaaS will have advantage tough not mandatory
• Engineering background will have advantage, tough not mandatory
• Entrepreneur mindset to solve things and an attitude that any problem is my problem
• Startup experience would be an added advantage
