About our group:Seagate\'s Digital Transformation Program is a greenfield global SAP S/4 implementation aimed to transform/streamline Seagate business processes and enable new business models.About the role - you will:

• Deliver best in class SAP S/4 based solutions for Logistics (Transportation Management, EWM, Inventory Management) and Order-to-Cash tracks
• Define and execute all aspects of project implementation plan related to the Order to Cash and Logistics tracks including resources, budget, design, build, testing, training, change management and deploy.
• Own and manage business stakeholder relationship
• Develop and mentor staff
• Design, build, test and deploy SAP solution components required for successful integrations to SAP and non-SAP systems
• Identify and address business needs: building, maintaining and utilizing networks of business relationships, communicating value propositions, managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials
• Supervise team to create an atmosphere of trust
• Coach staff including providing technical guidance, timely meaningful written and verbal feedback
• Develop strategy as well as write, communicate, facilitate and present cogently to all levels of business leadership
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand key business goals and provide SAP solution
• Define project scope and implementation estimates including time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully implement project, develop project plan incorporating all project variables including risk
• Establish measurable criteria concerning deliverability, performance, maintenance, design and costs
• Develop and establish implementation strategy at an application level while managing/mentoring implementation team

About you:

• Demonstrates thought leader level knowledge and understanding of SAP S/4 application based Supply Chain solutions with a focus on Logistics and Order to Cash
• Demonstrates thought leader level abilities with proven record of success directing life-cycle SAP greenfield implementation:
• Demonstrates thought leader level knowledge in designing, implementing and leading significant tracks on large SAP projects
• Demonstrates thought leader level knowledge with significant experience in the implementation of SAP S/4 and improving business processes
• Demonstrates thought leader level knowledge and a record of success in the common issues facing business

Your experience includes:

• Bachelor\'s degree with 15 years of SAP implementation experience

• Added advantage if you have Consulting experience in one of the big four consulting firms
• Strong cross functional Supply Chain knowledge

Location:Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore. housing our recording media operations. Spread over three sites, it is easily accessible via bus or from the MRT station, with many employees taking mass-transportation to work.
