Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the final product design, characterization, testing, and verification/evaluation of the product. This includes working with marketing/IC designers to define the characterization plan, qualification plan. Debug, test, analyze and evaluate new products as well as develop test algorithm and hardware to test the product. Responsible for evaluating new product ideas/concept, and working with various functional team to develop and bring the product from design to manufacturing. Other Requirements PhD/Master/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Physics/semiconductor with minimum of 3 or more years of experience in an electronic/semiconductor industry. Strong fresh graduate will also be considered. Experience in characterizing/testing of power electronics devices such as power MOSFET, IGBT, Bipolar, gate driver will be an advantages. Strong Knowledge in analog circuit design and analysis as well as knowledge in Spice simulation such as cadence Pspice, LTspice, as well as developing spice model of devices will be an advantage. Knowledge and experience in mixed signal tester such as Teradyne eagle test system/Chroma tester/KVD tester/NI test system. Ability to develop test program for characterization on various test platform and system. Knowledge in analysis test/characterization results through statistical methods, and software such as minitab, R language, Excel etc will be needed. Experience in FA analysis, or troubleshooting of product failures will be important. Good knowledge of industrial/automotive, optoelectronics systems will be an advantage. Apply Now Report Job
