Tasks
With increasing complexity for our automotive products such as high-performance computers and full digital clusters, it is a challenge for our engineers to design innovative products and ensure successful implementation of EMC compliance. Join our EMC design team to grow in this specialized field and contribute to the successful launch of the products.
Responsibilities:

• Create EMC/ESD design concepts (e.g., PCB layer proposal, PCB grounding system, PCB routing and mechanical design requirement)
• Create EMC requirements for additional components (e.g., display)
• Implement EMC design consideration (e.g., circuit design, component selection, placement and system interface) with focus on quality and cost
• Create EMC test plan in accordance with OEM requirements and come to agreement with the OEM
• Make in-depth analysis and performance optimization on different concepts and design variations based on simulation or measurement results
• Work with multi-disciplinary designers to develop cost effective system design
• Review EE/ME designs (schematic, layout and mechanical housing)
• Participate and resolve EMC issues during product EMC testing and vehicle EMC measurement
• Perform EMC simulation, analysis and optimization to predict and mitigate potential EMC issues
• Study and correlate simulated and measured results to improve simulation accuracy
• Create lessons learnt for continuous transfer within EMC community and across global functional teams.
• Lead topics to improve EMC design improvement and process within organization
• Be part of the global "EMC Design" community to drive EMC design improvement

Qualifications
Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• Preferably with working experience in a product design and development environment
• Strong knowledge and experience in EMC design / Electronics Design / Layout
• Experience in test methods and measurement equipment for EMC validation.
• Familiar with EMC standards (e.g., CISPR 25, ISO 7637, ISO 10605, ISO 11451-x, ISO 11452-x)
• Experience in simulation tools (e.g., CST, ANSYS, LTSPICE, PSPICE)
• Assertiveness with positive mindset
• Excellent team player with good communication skills
• Customer-oriented, able to work independently under tight schedules
• Willing to travel overseas for work attachment and training
• Candidates with no prior experience can be considered for junior position
