We are currently in search of a highly talented Manager/ Senior Manager, Total Rewards(APAC), to join our regional APAC People team based in Singapore. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on experience and create direct impact, then this may be the place for you! The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor as well as a strong team player to provide our employees with excellent people experience. He/ she will be responsible for supporting our design and delivery of compensation and equity programs and policies for a cluster of countries in APAC. This role will report into the Head of Total Rewards, APAC.

Responsibilities

• Act as a compensation business partner to the various stakeholders by combining in-depth knowledge of best practices and business needs.
• Serve as an expert and provide advisory on all compensation matters for a cluster of countries in APAC
• Be the key driver of compensation related activities such as reviewing complex new hire offers, compensation reviews and administration, international transfers, budget allocation and tracking.
• Provide and deliver training and education to HR teams and managers as needed
• Manage ongoing rewards activities including complex offers and relocations
• Own and drive any compensation projects where required

Requirements

• At least 5 years\' total rewards experience, with strong understanding of compensation market practices in technology industry across APAC
• Strong collaboration and business partnering capabilities combined with demonstrated ability to influence
• Excellent project management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Analytical mindset, data driven, a keen eye for detail
• Relentless growth mindset
• Negotiation and vendor management skills
• Innovative and creative problem solving and decision making
• Working in a startup and/or tech industry a big plus
• Knowledge of Workday, Tableau platform and familiarity with people analytics tools will be an advantage
