Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and oversee the overall management and daily operations of the preschool. Lead curriculum planning, teacher mentoring, and professional development, ensuring teaching quality and alignment with the MindChamps pedagogy. Collaborate with the team to design and implement holistic, engaging, and age-appropriate learning programmes. Ensure lesson planning, assessment, and reporting meet both the developmental needs of children and the school's philosophy. Foster a safe, nurturing, and inspiring learning environment for children and staff. Partner with parents, staff, and management to maintain a strong culture of excellence and communication.

Requirements

Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), or

Degree in any discipline with a Diploma in Pre-school Education - Leadership (DPL).
Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership capacity within a preschool setting. Strong understanding of curriculum frameworks, pedagogy, and SPARK certification processes. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of educators. Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to bringing out the best in both children and teachers.
