Role description: \xc2\xb7 Responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of the preschool \xc2\xb7 Provide leadership for setting overall goals for the school as a basis for curriculum objectives \xc2\xb7 Ensure daily operations are in order and in compliance with licensing and other regulatory requirements, where applicable \xc2\xb7 Oversee curriculum planning and professional matters \xc2\xb7 Mentor teachers in all areas to facilitate collaborative approaches to learning, teaching and evaluation so as to improve overall performance standards and competencies \xc2\xb7 Set the direction for parent partnership, community engagement and talent management \xc2\xb7 Manage relationships with parents to ensure concerns, issues and feedback are addressed on a timely basis appropriately \xc2\xb7 Management and optimisation of centre resources Implementation of specific centre programs, initiatives and events \xc2\xb7 Handle centre administrative matters and enrolment \xc2\xb7 Determine requirements that must be met regarding licensing, health and safety regulations from the start and local regulatory agencies \xc2\xb7 Prepare budget and control budget expenditures \xc2\xb7 Collect tuition fee and manage disbursement of cash for purchases \xc2\xb7 Keep adequate records of income and expenditures Prepare monthly reports for the board and senior management Requirements: \xc2\xb7 At least 3-5 years of relevant experience \xc2\xb7 Degree/Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education or higher \xc2\xb7 Registered and certified with ECDA as L2 with Leadership \xc2\xb7 Passionate about nurturing a love for learning and in making a difference in the lives of children \xc2\xb7 Strong communication, analytical, decision making and supervisory skills \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of financial and budget management \xc2\xb7 Creative and inspiring with loving energy \xc2\xb7 Able to commence work soon is preferred Working location: Katong/ West coast JOBS IN RECRUITMENT CONSULTANCY PTE LTD 19C9565 VICTORIA KANG YOUFANG R1441743 Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent Salary: $4,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month Schedule:
