Provide leadership to teachers in quality early childhood curriculum design, development and implementation of teaching
Coach and support teachers to monitor, assess, document and maintain evaluation and assessment of children\xe2\x80\x99s learning and development
Develop strategies to market and maintain the school\xe2\x80\x99s student enrolment to maximise the school capacity
Manage cost control in all aspects of school operations
Select, coach and mentor teachers to maximise their professional relationship with parents, harmonious working relations with colleagues and teaching performance for the growth of students under their care
Maintain students\xe2\x80\x99 records and teacher to student required ratio
Maintain the school physical condition and maximise the facilities to provide learning environment of students
Establish and maintain positive and effective communication with parents and the school community
Organise school events to support cultural, festive events, racial harmony and green environment
Oversee the renewal process of centre\'s licensing in accordance to ECDA\'s requirements
Under-take and drive other management related activities / initiatives
Requirements
A minimum of five years teaching experience, with at least two years in a Principal role;
Diploma in Pre-school Education - Leadership (DPE-L) or equivalent
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability and desire to work collaboratively with the school community;
At least 3 - 5 years teaching experience in managing a preschool centre
Good depth and knowledge in curriculum development & management
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
