ADAPTOVATE is a rapidly-growing agile transformation company started by three ex-BCG Senior Advisors in Australia. We work with BCG as specialist Agile Business coaches and consultants on BCG cases globally.

We are looking for consultants who can help shape how organizations go on the journey to broad adoption of new agile ways of working.

You will need an open mind, be a good listener, be open to change, be data driven and bring experience working in or with Agile teams. The role involves working alongside client teams to help influence culture and design systems, processes and tools to support agile culture and values. You will need to be comfortable talking to and influencing business stakeholders while understanding the technical implications of customer requirements. A key part of this role is to bring a toolkit of ideas to support our clients to make fewer mistakes than they otherwise would have without us.

YOU WILL WORK ON

Industry, Functional, Technical expertise

• Provides deep expertise in specific industries, functions and skillsets
• Coach managers, tribe leads and product owners to deliver business and cusotmer value
• Utilises project (industry knowledge, specific capability) to engage current clients
  

Managing Self / Managing others

• Own your workplan andstoryline while coaching and developing your team
• Acts as PO on the project to prioritise at a \xe2\x80\x98user story\xe2\x80\x99 level for the team
  

Coaching

• Coaching people in a wide range of situations across industries and functions
• Facilitation and training in a practical and engaging way to senior executives, management teams and agile teams
  

YOU ARE GOOD AT

Structured thinking / Frames problems

• Demonstrates strong structured thinking and planning to provide confidence to the client and client partner
• Leads structured communications for the deliverables of the case
  

Awareness / Presence

• Working directly with senior clients
• Understanding what drives value for the client and pragmatically drives the team and client towards it
  

Relationships

• Proactively and regularly engage clients to enhance your network
• Participate in business development activities including sales and writing proposals
  

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• Experience working in or with Agile teams, or equivalent experience helping executives change their mindset
• Good understanding of business challenges
• Have coached and/or lead others
• Experience in financial services, telecommunications or customer service industries a plus
• Exceptional communication skills for both training and coaching with individuals and group settings
  

There are multiple senior roles available across a range of experience levels, from Agile coaching roles to experienced senior Agile consultants.

We travel internationally to work with well-known companies in the world. The role will require a fair amount of travel from project to project within South East Asia. There are also opportunities for international travel.
