WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A dynamic and inspiring individual to be part of a vibrant and young team! You will be responsible for leading a team of Early Childhood Educators and in supervising & running the overall day to day operations of the center. You are a people centric person and a leader that brings with you strong knowledge of the requirements governing the Childcare industry. You have a proven track record in building strong teams and ensuring growth of the center by building enrolments & understanding customer retention strategies. You will manage budgets to ensure that they are being utilised in line with budgetary forecasts and will oversee the collection/disbursement of monies relating to procurement of materials, staff claims and merchandise purchases. You have excellent presentation and verbal communications skills as you conduct school tours for prospective parents. You are people oriented and understand how Customer Relationship Management (CRM) works when managing customers, external vendors, stakeholders, regulatory boards and government bodies. Above all, you are a leader who is able to see beyond what makes a child centric environment whilst leading the team to accomplish goals that move the center towards service excellence. If this sounds like you, we want to speak with you! YOUR PROFILE- Diploma in Early Childhood Education \xe2\x80\x93 Teaching & Leadership is a must
- Degree in Early Childhood Education will be advantageous
- Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 teaching and management experience in a childcare/preschool
- Creative and inspiring with loving energy
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Computer savy with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook.
