Role Purpose As a Principal Systems Analyst, you\'ll play a critical role in shaping the future of our products. You\'ll be at the heart of product planning and execution, steering the direction of the project by prioritizing requirements and ensuring top-notch quality. How will you contribute to the success of DHL?

• Act as a product lead, guiding project teams to ensure alignment with product goals.
• Collaborate with business functions to clarify requirements, set project scope, and lead it to delivery.
• Define and implement testing strategies and plans to validate product functionality and quality.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and technical teams during the implementation of Pricing solutions.
• Work directly with external and internal IT resources for successful project execution.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of data and systems requirements, aligning them with project objectives.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, focusing on product strategy, relevance, and quality.
• Collaborate with the internal security team to ensure IT security compliance, especially during new platform or software implementation.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with the direction set by EGAP (Enterprise Global Architecture and Platforms) for consistency with the broader organizational strategy.
• Provide valuable insights on new Pricing technologies, processes, and methodologies, staying updated with industry trends and recommending their integration into projects.
• Focus on building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders for effective collaboration and alignment throughout the project.
• Coordinate project activities across different locations, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between remote team members.
• Possess the ability to work on multiple products and teams concurrently, effectively managing, and prioritizing tasks while demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Do you have what it takes?

• Hold an advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or have similar experience/education. Preferred professional certification in a relevant Project Management (Prince2 or PMI) and IT Service Management Technique (such as ITIL).
• Possess strong business process and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly assimilate information, communicate complex requirements concisely, and understand cybersecurity concepts in product management.
• Capable of collaborative work with cross-functional, cross-geographical teams to analyze business requirements, adaptable to changes in the business landscape, technology advancements, and organizational priorities.
• Practitioner of Agile development with excellent English communication skills, ready to present to a business audience.
• At least 8 years of diverse IT experience, including requirements, design architecture, development, testing, and deployment support for complex IT products in a multinational enterprise, preferably in the logistics or transportation sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, applying design principles with attention to detail, and understanding business requirements and implications for decision-making.
• Recent hands-on experience with design, development, and collaboration tools (e.g., Java, C++, JIRA, Confluence), web development technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, APIs), and knowledge of integration patterns, data types, and messaging systems (MQ).
• Understanding of cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and their potential impact on business solutions, with experience in Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
• Familiarity with MS Dynamics is a plus, along with global experience, and the ability to collaborate and work across different time zones.
