Managing a full 360-degree recruitment cycle and responsible for the entire hiring process. . Identify, attract, and close candidates and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates to clients. . Develop new leads of clients across the Asia Pacific region with value-added services of meeting clients in different parts of the region. . Must have experience in Product/solution Presentation / Technical Solutioning / Demos / Proof of Concepts/ Writing of Proposals / Tender Compliance / Statement of Work (SOW) / Product and Service Enablement. . Handles job posting, applicant screening, phone calls, interviews and placement for various companies. . Identifying new business opportunities and establishing relationships with potential & existing clients. . Deeply understand client's hiring needs, partner closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies. . Provide professional advice to both clients and candidates on the latest market and industries' trends. . This role needs to attend networking events, conferences and meetings with our existing clients and potential clients. . Attend relevant tech events, webinars and seminars to ensure market knowledge is up to date. . Act as the employer branding champions to represent the company's culture in a meaningful way. Requirements: Min Degree in Business / Commerce / IT Min. of 10 years' experience in recruitment/sales/client facing roles will be essential. Able to handle cross country client and talent pools. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients and candidates in all levels including C-Suite. Good knowledge of Computer Systems and network infrastructure environments A self-starter who is ambitious, result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and who takes initiative and risks. Demonstrate a strong ability to embrace and adapt to changes and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
