Leveraging the technical capabilities of game engines, you\'ll navigate specialized builds to bring each project\'s creative vision to life. You\'ll serve as a driving force within the studio, working with the team to handle the entire capture process from initial creative concepts to final picture lock. Your goal is to consistently deliver award-winning content that surpasses the expectations of both clients and audiences.Responsibilities:Lead the game capture and cinematics output of the studioCreate premium quality edits and concepts that execute on the vision of a productionSource captivating game capture content using marketing builds and game-engine editorsEffectively manage the structure, workload and running of capture projectsAssemble sequences into cohesive editsUtilise GFX and VFX for projects in conjunction with the wider CGI teamDemonstrate creative problem-solving abilities to address issues with buggy game buildsCollaborate with the department director and other team members across all work and clientsKeep up to date with game engine systems and technologyBuild skills in creative storytelling techniques encompassing cinematography and editing.Mentor and elevate the cinematic eye of the wider teamCollaborate with the rest of the Executive team to constantly improve and grow the StudioRequirements:Must have at least 8 years of experience in the direction and production of cinematic, trailers for video game.Must be able to tackle In Game project as long as pure CGI mandateDevelop an efficient pipeline for capturing concepts & ideas and quickly translating them into either a game engine or any other 3D software (blender, Maya\xe2\x80\xa6.)Follow and maintain pipelines and technical requirements.Balance quality with efficiency when working under tight deadlines.Video game industry experience is a mustMust have general knowledge of the creative advertising process.Ability to communicate and pitch a vision to a team of creative but also convince stakeholders.Must be able to prioritize and jump from task to task while coordinating with those around you.Must have strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to contribute on multiple projects at once.Must have strong pacing and storytelling skills.Proactive and strategic thinker with experience in brand marketing.Must be detail oriented, resourceful and have the ability to follow directions.A positive attitude and solid oral communication skills.Adheres to internal and external standards.Ambition, self-motivated, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.Experience in Unreal Engine is a plus.
