Key Responsibilities:

Partner with clients to assess their HR needs and develop tailored solutions.

Provide expert guidance, advisory and project delivery specifications and timelines in areas such as organizational strategy, assessment and succession planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, professional development, total rewards, and business transformation.

Collaborate with clients\' cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement HR initiatives.

Conduct thorough analysis and research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Deliver high-quality, results-driven consulting services.

Prepare and present findings, reports, and recommendations to clients.

Drive positive change and facilitate HR-related workshops and training sessions as required.

Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Human Resources Management or related field (HR certification preferred).

Proven experience in HR consulting or HR management roles, with a minimum of [10] years of relevant experience.
