Job Description

\xc2\xb7 Perform bulk printing and duplicating services using in-house photocopier machines

\xc2\xb7 Perform finishing works onto printouts such as corner-stapling, hole-punched, collate by class & saddle-stitch

\xc2\xb7 Support Examination Committee in printing, collation, movement and safekeeping of the examination papers under prevailing tightened measures

\xc2\xb7 Ensure the printouts match the printing requests

\xc2\xb7 Ensure printing jobs are performed accurately and timely

\xc2\xb7 Maintain and upkeep the stationery inventory in the printing room

\xc2\xb7 Liaise with printer company on machine\'s consumables

\xc2\xb7 Support front office during peak periods such as recess time & dismissal and perform simple administration duties

\xc2\xb7 Any other duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Preferably possess GCE \'N\' Level certificate and above

\xc2\xb7 Proficient in basic literacy and numeracy skills

\xc2\xb7 Able to work independently

\xc2\xb7 Preferably 1 year of relevant working experience

\xc2\xb7 Possess good interpersonal skills to work effectively with teachers

Working hours

\xc2\xb7 Mondays to Thursdays: 8:00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break

\xc2\xb7 Fridays: 8:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break

\xc2\xb7 Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Additional info:

\xc2\xb7 Contract Period: 13 March 2023 to 12 March 2024 (With Option to extend based on client\'s discretion)
