This includes working closely with relevant stakeholders on implementation of various initiatives to enhance front office operations in a compliant mannerLead on operational incidents and control enhancement, including defining and implementing controls and risk mitigation actionsPreparation of material/ presentations for key business review meetings and other regular/ ad-hoc senior management meetings.Ability to understand issues and appropriately escalate to Management in a timely fashionDevelop good understanding of the governing regulatory framework, including but not limited to applicable confidentiality/secrecy/data protection regulations and cross border rules where relevantYour skills and experience8 or more years of relevant assistant relationship manager, client service executive or sales support experience supporting the relationship managers at AVP levelWorking experience from Private Banking or Wealth Management business is a must.Relevant local licenses and qualifications such as CACS Paper 1 and 2 is a mustMinimum Degree qualification in the relevant disciplineStrong team player, also able to meet tight deadlines and multi-taskSelf-motivated and goal orientated and a can do personality, who is able to work in a high paced environmentFluent (written and oral) in EnglishExcellent communication skillsExcellent collaboration skillsMeticulous, methodical and concise, with a strong attention to detail coupled with a good sense of integrity.Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office.
