Our client, a leading international bank with a strong regional presence, is seeking an experienced

Private Banking Product Manager

to join their Wealth Management team in Singapore. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with multiple stakeholders, drive product development, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting the bank's private banking clients with tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with Compliance, Operations, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure regulatory and operational readiness for new product launches. Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Internal Audit teams to ensure strict adherence to MAS and internal regulations. Prepare documentation for product launches and reviews, including risk assessments, AML/CFT evaluations, operational procedures, and product specifications. Engage external partners for collaborations, products, and services, while conducting due diligence and AML/CFT checks. Provide product support to Relationship Managers in executing client instructions. Maintain and update all product-related documentation, workflows, and processes. Support other ad-hoc duties or projects assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field. CACS certification required by MAS for Private Banking Product Managers. Minimum 5 years' experience in product management, covering areas such as investment products, lending, or wealth planning. Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, AML/CFT, and compliance requirements. Experience in system development and/or banking operations is an advantage. Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese is preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. Highly motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
