That\xe2\x80\x99s why we are committed to providing an environment with your development and wellbeing at its center.You can expect:Flexible benefits plan including virtual doctor consultation servicesComprehensive leave benefitsGender Neutral Parental LeaveFlexible working arrangements25 days of annual paid leave, plus public holiday & Flexible Working ArrangementYour key responsibilities:The Core Banking Platform [Avaloq] Product Owner reports into the Product Domain Lead in the EM region.Key Responsibilities:Lead the Squad and Vendor teams with support of the Scrum Master: Business Analysts, Technical Analysts, IT Application Owners, Developers & Testers etc.Manage Business stakeholders and the Book of Work (prioritised works as well as backlog)Define and execute the overall delivery roadmap, accommodating changing priorities and replanning accordingly.Ensure full Alignment and manage dependencies with the Tribe Lead, with other Agile Tribes & with all other contributors including external vendorsThe Product Owner is expected to be very hands-on and deliver alongside the squad:Captures the voice of the customers to scope the changesFormalizes the business requirements (Confluence Project Page and JIRA user stories): document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions (As-Is and Target workflows), use cases, scenarios.Document the As-Is and Define the Target Architectures (functional/technical) with the support of the Architects and other contributors.Defines and leads the adequate governance for each business deliveries.Executes the delivery plan, anticipate and trouble shoot issues, escalate any deviations against the plan on a prompt manner. Think out of the box to plan and adapt.Formalizes the test plan and the detailed test cases, approved by the stakeholders.Updates the Business operational procedures and ensure the business readiness, which includes users training and handover to BAU teams (both operational and IT).Ensures post go live follow up with all relevant Business and IT Teams.Ensures the good relationship and maintain strong momentum from all contributors.Report on the progresses, risks and issues. Escalate to the Tribe Lead on a timely manner.As part of innovation, to drive and improve front to back operational efficiencies and employee productivity through platform and process improvement initiatives.Ensure adequate Knowledge management across the squad to mitigate any key staff risks.Builds expertise in a few areas and share this acquired knowledge across the Team.Your skills and experience:University degree with 12+ years of experience in the Wealth Management Industry8+ years in a Change Management roleExperience in Core Banking Platforms (Avaloq) with Front-Office stakeholders as well as all actors of the front-to-back chain and vendor experience.Management of Agile Squads, Priorities vs Resources, of Senior Stakeholders & Vendors; track record as a hands-on business facing delivery leadStrong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into deliverables.Experience in working in a challenging, fast-paced environment; flexibility in moving between different topics.Ability to deal with complex and ambiguous situations independently and with limited guidance, independent and proactive working method.Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office.
