Job Responsibilities:

End-to-end Operational Risk Incidents Management \xe2\x80\x94 like handling market errors, errors that result in financial impact, investigations, coming up with reporting, performing data trend analysis
Responsible for Internal control, risk management framework, and reporting
Annual exercises \xe2\x80\x93 ensure the operation & design of risk controls are updated
Ensure all aspects of internal control framework are handled \xe2\x80\x93 from implementation to reporting, quarterly key controls report that is presented to risk committee
Complaints Investigation - investigating serious operational risk incidents and managing complaints

Job Requirements

2nd LoD opening - Either Operational risk or Complaint Management in private wealth industry is preferred
1st LoD opening - Incident Management in private wealth industry preferre (Data Trend Analysis is a bonus)
