Private Client Division

and seeking an

experienced Client Acquisition Partner

to grow our UHNW client base through strategic outreach, elite networking, and relationship-driven engagement -- particularly across

LinkedIn

and other

affluent networks

.

Role Overview



This is a

commission-only, performance-based position

, ideal for professionals with strong access to luxury networks, C-suite relationships, or affluent circles.
You will collaborate directly with our executive team to identify, engage, and close private clients seeking concierge and lifestyle services.

Compensation is tied to client retainers, with high earning potential and the opportunity to grow into a

leadership or equity-track role

.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and engage potential UHNW and C-level clients through LinkedIn, private networks, and introductions. Represent

Helix Prive

's concierge and wellness offerings with discretion and professionalism. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, family offices, and brand partners. Attend luxury and business events (virtual or in-person) to network and represent the brand. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction. Provide weekly updates on outreach and conversion performance.

Ideal Candidate Profile



Proven experience in luxury client acquisition, private concierge, wealth management, private aviation, or luxury real estate. Strong LinkedIn presence or existing network of affluent professionals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Polished, confident, and capable of engaging high-net-worth individuals credibly. Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-oriented. Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Mandarin, Thai, Russian, or French) are a plus.

Compensation Structure



Commission-only (performance-based)

25-30% of first-year client retainer revenue Additional bonuses for milestone clients (>$25,000 annual retainers)

First-month trial:

paid based on performance (per closed client) No fixed salary -- ideal for individuals confident in their network and ability to generate results. Top performers may be invited to join our
