Conduct comprehensive credit analysis and financial modeling for potential investments
Perform detailed due diligence including management interviews, industry analysis, and risk assessment
Prepare investment recommendations and present to clients and investment committees
Monitor existing portfolio investments and assess ongoing credit performance
Analyze covenant compliance and financial reporting from portfolio companies
Build and maintain relationships with investment banks, brokers, and other intermediaries
Review legal documentation including loan agreements, security documents, and corporate structures
Originate deals in the real estate sector
Required Qualifications

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
8-10 years of experience in private credit, direct lending, corporate banking, or leveraged finance
Previous experience at investment banks, credit funds, BDCs, or commercial banks

Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
Credit analysis and risk assessment expertise
Advanced credit structuring and complex transaction experience
Portfolio risk management and stress testing methodologies
Understanding of loan documentation and legal structures
Knowledge of covenant analysis and portfolio monitoring
Experience with distressed credit situations and workout processes
Real estate market analysis and property valuation expertise
Knowledge of construction and development financing structures
