Private Equity Director/md
Job Description
My client is an established Asian Private Equity firm who are expanding their presence & remit around South East Asia. They are looking for a pioneer team to help set-up their office in Singapore.
This role will work closely with the founder to establish the strategy and set-up the office. The incumbent will look at target industries, investment strategy as well as business development and fundraising. Further, to hire & train the required personnel ensuring the highest level of integrity & governance. The ideal candidate should have a background in Private Equity or Investment Banking (M&A/Corporate Finance) with ideally a network of coprorate & MNC executives.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- 10+ years\' of experience
- Experience in SEA markets
- Private Equity or Investment Banking experience
- A bachelors\' degree in any discipline
- Strong stakeholder management
- Good multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills
