My client is a leading independent Fund Administration business with global presence looking to expand their fund administration team
Key Responsibility:
- Prepare and review NAV calculation and reportings
- Corrdinating investor servicing activies such as on-boarding, capital calls and distributions
- Maintain a good understanding of fund documentations and accounting principles
- Prepare and review financial statements and footnotes
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as banks, auditors, brokers and custodians to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Involved in new funds on-boarding process
- Resolve issues/queries raised by clients and maintain high level of client satisfaction
- Tertiery education preferred
- At least 3-6 years of accounting/audit/fund administration experience in servicing PE clients
- Good knowledge in IFRS, USGAAP and Singapore GAAP
- Dedicated team player with good communication skills
- Experience with Investran will be an advantage
